There will be a Special Meeting of the Kanawha County Democratic Executive Committee on Monday, June 1, 2020. This meeting will take place on the 1st Tuesday of the month. Due to COVID-19 we will be hosting our meeting in a virtual environment. All members should have received a Zoom notification to authenticate a Zoom account. We are going to host our meeting through the Zoom Video Conferencing Service. All members with a laptop, tablet, smartphone or device that is capable of using the internet based video features of the service are encouraged to connect to the meeting using the meeting link. This will provide the best and clearest connection to our meeting. Those who cannot connect through the meeting link will be provided dial-in telephone numbers in order to connect. Meeting notices will be sent via mail and e-mail to all members with the details of how to access the meeting. For security purposes all members will be connected through secure channels. Since this will be a virtual meeting that you can attend from your living room, home office, dining room or den, all members are encouraged to attend this meeting in person. Members are also encouraged to connect to the conference call 10 minutes or so early, prior to 6:00pm so that we can get everyone online and connected and authenticate and verify all of our members who are on the line. A few minutes of pre-planning before the start of our meeting can assist us in making the meeting run smoother. Your patience is appreciated.
